In 2016, I made the decision to rebrand Champagne and Stilettos entirely as it no longer fit with the person I am, and the person I am still becoming. I still dance on tables, wear ridiculously priced heels and cause a riot (more privately than publicly) just as I did in my 20’s – but I must admit it’s a lot less frequent. With the rebrand I was ultimately able to take TB.com where C+S couldn’t go and morph my little nook on the net into an online journal of sorts; chronicling personal highs and lows, travels, life challenges, as well as the adjustments one makes when hitting their 30’s… and of course, the outfits worn in between.
This blog has truly been a labour of love, pushing me to grow as a visual creative and develop my skills as a writer. Beyond that, it has been a therapy of sorts, allowing me to confront and overcome my personal fears and insecurities. My ultimate goal is to create a life that feels good – and I do this through honest experiences, transparent communication and a genuine love for what I do.
